We may use contact information provided to us through our promotions website to provide the prize or give away for the promotion. Once the promotion is over, we delete that information from our systems. If consent is withdrawn after the nominee’s details have been put online, if able to, we will remove the nominee’s information from our website.

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act in the United States and similar laws around the world, where applicable to Energizer Services.
